The Chronicle is currently undergoing renovations. While new content will appear throughout the remainder of Fall Quarter 2011, it will occur at a slower pace than normal.
The Chronicle will resume full production in Winter Quarter 2012 – along with a new host of Editors and Writers. Until then, please enjoy the Daily links and featured articles, and don’t forget to like us on Facebook if you haven’t already.
Those interested in joining a fiercely independent student newspaper should continue to read below.

We at the Chronicle distinguish ourselves from the rest of the papers on campus in a number of ways. While the Daily may provide the feel of a strictly traditional newspaper and North by Northwestern human-interest magazine, we seek to discuss and explore the issues fundamental to student life.
The Chronicle prides itself on driving debate and often providing the only contrarian viewpoints on campus. We also welcome thoughtful commentary from all viewpoints.
The Fighting Methodist is our sister paper and is purely satirical. Unafraid of controversy, the Methodist lampoons all issues from the serious to the purely humorous.
If you see yourself as a good fit for the Chron, please e-mail Alex Katz (katz@chron.org). Let us know if you interested in writing for the Chronicle, the Methodist, or both.
