Straight from Norris, the winners of the ASG elections have been announced.

The ticket of Austin Young and Ash Jaidev won the Presidency and Vice Presidency of ASG with 53.5% of the vote, beating out the team of Matt Bellassai and Jazzy Johnson. Having been in ASG since his freshman fall year, and garnering the support of ASG President Claire Lew and the Daily Northwestern, Bellassai was widely viewed as the institutional candidate, and expected to win by many. On the other hand, Young, an A&O stalwart, leveraged the strong support of student groups and leaders from around campus, which ultimately lead him to victory.

Juniors Katie Bradford and Gabrielle Daniels, both incumbents, won their uncontested elections for VP of Student Life and VP of Academics.
