Update* 4/26
The Daily has verified that there will be a new South Quad Great Room but that it will be in Willard College.  The Daily article mentions that there were three contenders in the South Quads for the new Great Room, but the final decision went to Willard, not Rogers House, as the Chronicle previously reported.

Inside sources tell the Chronicle that the construction in the sorority quad is for a new south campus Great Room. The new Great Room will replace Rogers House, a 50-person, all female dorm with doubles and singles.  If true, this will mark the next step in President Schapiro’s goal to improve undergraduate life for students.  The source wished to remain anonymous because the information was obtained via private meetings with school administrators.
